Do we have a Facebook page? If not, let's get an official one set up.
We need threads on forums. General political discussion forums and the forums of ideologies sympathetic to post-nationalism (i.e. not Stormfront) would be good places to get set up, or even the off-topic sections of forums of any topic, such as Bitcointalk, or even the forums of Minecraft servers, so long as it's allowed. Every forum thread should have all the community details (subreddit, facebook, tumblr, twitter) in the OP.
A community survey. We need to study things such as the ages, genders, national origin, races, sexual orientation, political views and cities of our community. With this info, we will know what areas we need to develop. If our community is mostly male, for example, we need to work on achieving a gender balance to avoid alienating people, plus it's common sense to target our recruitment and outreach efforts to demographics which have more potential to grow within the community.
Local chapters by city, organised into continental communities. I believe in continental unions as a stepping stone towards world federalism, a view which I understand the subreddit is sympathetic to, as /r/EuropeanFederalists is in the sidebar, so it makes sense. Initially these can act as discussion groups, but they could grow into political lobbying groups, which could launch petitions, write letters, raise awareness amongst the public, distribute leaflets and literature, blog online, and raise funds to these ends. Initially we should not be aiming for officialness with elected positions and stuff, but rather aim to make meetups a more casual thing.
We need content production teams, to spread word of us through the major subreddits and cultivate interests. We need people discussing the subreddit and its ideas in relevant AskReddit threads, early on when a post is made to ensure it will be seen. Same for TIL comment sections; we could also have people finding out famous post-nationalist facts which would be of interest to a general audience and posting/reposting them to TIL, and then starting relevant discussion in those posts. Worldnews, news, bestof, books, politics, showerthoughts, nottheonion, TrueReddit, history, and futurology might also be good places to discuss and therefore raise awareness, but be sure to keep it relevant - spamming will bring negative publicity and paint us to be an unapproachable circlejerk, defaming the cause. We could also organise AMAs and ask relevant celebrities about their views on postnationalism, and address ELI5s on the issue. People could also produce infographics for subreddits like QuotesPorn. One key idea could also be to have the most knowledgeable post-nationalist in the community do a CMV - they could mention the subreddit early in their post. And of course we should take every available opportunity to share to other relevant ideological subreddits sympathetic to post-nationalism.
