Postfix not allowing email from remote but from localhost

I seem to be having a problem with postfix (I think) in that it will allow me to send email using anything that originates on my server (i.e. rainloop webmail and the inbuilt mail client) but it will not let me send it from my phone, keep getting an unknown error.

postfix and dovecot config for good measure is available here

info logs say Apr 1 09:43:05 ip-172-31-2-151 postfix/smtpd[3237]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[217.67.57.142]: 450 4.7.25 Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, [217.67.57.142]; from=<me@**.co.uk> to=<other_me@work_email.co.uk> proto=ESMTP helo=<[10.0.0.161]>

Any help is appreciated - I thought I'd solved this but then it crept back up on me...
