I'm not worried about my safety, this person is half a world away.

He has messaged me several times about a card he says he sent me but I haven't received. I told him I would register it if it ever arrives but he keeps harassing me. Eventually he said in his longest, most obnoxious message yet that it offends him when a card is not registered or "disappears" among other things. I told him that it offends me when I'm harassed about a card I have no control over receiving and if it ever arrives I will register it but to never contact me again. Well wouldn't you know it he responded to that message 🙄

Can I report him to postcrossing? He's making my leisurely, happy hobby stressful instead. I have half a mind to just never register it if it does arrive.
