Am I doing something wrong?

I know this may sound complainey and I don't mean it to. I'm just worries there is a setting or I've done something wrong, I have 54 listing I've had most up for 5 days I've had maybe 2-3 likes a day I've offered pretty substantial discounts and nothing. Are some of the likes bot likes? I havnt had a counter offer or anything. Just with the very low amount of likes and very little communication it feels like I've done something wrong. If anyone had any advice that would be amazing
