USPS are you out there?

Are they still backed up from Christmas? Understaffed? Is this the new norm? I have packages that have been in transit for 15 days! I mail something and get a scan but then no activity for 5 days and then I get an email saying it’s going to be delayed even longer! Why are we paying for priority? I have so many questions! Am I the only one that misses 3 day delivery? Let’s face it, 15 days to deliver means 20 days to get paid! Rant over! Thank you for your time and attention!
