very excitedly made a full price sale this morning! packaged it up, went to print label, and realised posh never emailed me it. no prob - go into app, get label. it said there was an error so i hit “request a new one” or whatever that button says followed by “never received”, blah, blah, and posh says it can’t send the label because the buyer needs to update their address. i contacted the buyer “privately” (through a bundle) to let them know but that was early this morning. i completely understand people are busy/have more important things to do but i have a few questions as i’ve never encountered this before.

what happens if the buyer eventually never updates their address? does posh cancel it? or will they mark it against me for not shipping?

this was my first full price sale in a while on posh so i was super excited but i’ve never encountered this before and was just curious.
