I sold a beautiful dress on Halloween and she needed it by today so I hurried and shipped it right at 4:30 before the post office closed. She paid full price and I really appreciated it.
She sends me a message today that she truly appreciates me sending it right away but it’s too big and she needs to return it.
She hasn’t opened a case and I’m guessing she is waiting for my response. I have seen similar situations and I don’t feel like it’s my job to educate buyers on how this all works. I provided measurements in photos and a size chart.
I guess my apprehension comes from the experience of a previous case and the buyer made up damage to return since I told her for returns aren’t allowed for fit. I don’t want this dress to be damaged for a return.
Should I just not respond and wait it out?
