Hey guys! I’m an avid purchaser on poshmark and have never had an issue with deliveries, even with the pandemic going on. I put in an order on June 12 and it got shipped on the 18th. The person only lives 4 hours from me and normally the mail only takes about 4 days to get from there to where I live, and since then I’ve had multiple packages that I’ve ordered much later from that one that have gone through that post office and got here, but this package hasn’t moved since it was dropped off at the post office, and it’s going on three weeks now.

At what point would you guys contact poshmark about a missing package? Like I said, I’ve never had this issue before and in the FAQ’s I couldn’t really find anything on how long to wait for it - for reference the original delivery date was for the 23rd, and since was just removed and switched to pending.
