It looks like I'm might have to open a case, y'all.
I ordered an eyeshadow palette and it came a complete mess. It's probably not the seller's fault, I'm sure it mostly occurred during shipping even though it was well-packaged. I will say though that one of the pans looks like it might have been messed up to begin with, and it wasn't the one the seller disclosed in her listing, nor did the pictures she put up show that.
I've actually never opened a case against someone before, and truthfully I do feel bad doing that, particularly when it might not have been her fault at all. I'm just at a loss as to how to proceed and I'm wondering if anyone can help. Maybe I should just try and clean it up and re-press the shadows?

UPDATE: I opened a case for the item arriving broken/stained/damaged. Showed pictures of the mailer and palette. Hoping Posh lets us both keep our money!
