Opinions please - is it ever ok to use someone else's photos and descriptions without their permission? What if you have a "good excuse"?
Post Body

I was about to relist an item so was searching for other similar items by the same brand to see if my price needed to be adjusted, when I came upon a listing using my photos and my description. I occasionally see people using my photos, and sometimes my descriptions, but this was the first time someone just used my entire listing without adding anything of their own.

I told the seller to do their own work and stop using my listing to sell their item. Their response was "I have a disability and it's just easier to do it this way". I work hard to produce good photos and accurate descriptions. I sometimes pay a price physically for it later (due to being old and having a variety of wear and tear related issues in my neck, upper back, and wrists; as well as some vision related struggles). I wouldn't dream of using someone else's work because it would be "easier". Am I being naive? Is everyone doing this and I could be saving myself a lot of time and effort by just finding nice looking listings of items I'm selling and copying them?
