Sup peeps had posted this up a few days ago in here and got a good response but people stopped replying so I'm not sure whats going on so after waking up in the middle of the night needing to do some selfcare stuff I've deceived to repost and start from scratch

about me i'm a middle aged life long cannabis user that is a non combat veteran screwed over by the war on drugs so i don't have any access to VA benefits (its actually worse now that I've moved to Oregon, the state which for some reason views my level of discharge alone as being the same as a felon regardless of reason for that type of discharge) and for the past 2 years have been living with an Inguinal hernia injury which I actually got from coughing my literal guts out while dabbing

long story (not so) short I was a kid that got railroaded into signing up for the Army before HS graduation (like I had 6-7 days after graduation and then shipped out)and by railroad I got brought into the Federal building 6 months after I signed the "precommitment" thingy cause I was 17 and told if I did not graduate HS and go into the Army I'd go to jail where they would force me to do so anyways , I had scored a 96 on my asvab so all the recruiters were on me hard after I'd already been chatting with one (gotta fill that quota) , had dreams of being military intelligence and doing cool shit ,but the job they railroaded me into ended up being basically early google maps tracking but with using an airplane based radar not gps oh and you called for arty fire , strangely enough not one person really knew what our job was before I got to the school for it, just a rare MOS with less than 1000 ppl trained for it world wide at the time and my recruiter pitched it to me like I was looking at spy satellite imagery but really as a 96h Jstars Imagery Analyst I was gonna be in a humvee calling fire maybe from across the globe but pretty much always unseen. I dunno that didn't sit well with me - I was to track moving targets and report xyz and call for fire if needed. Its thankful I never had to call for fire but the sheer force we had the potential to direct could wipe out a square kilometer and that sort of thing bears on you when you think about the reality of such destruction & not knowing who you might have to call fire on based on your computers data. Dots on a map. You don't think about it. I drank a lot back then and got into trouble with pot & ketamine while in the service and got lied to about how easy upgrading a discharge actually was while making my plea agreement deal after already having been illegally confined by my company without trial

they stretch out and beef up the charges and making possession into looking like you're an international drug trafficker or sharing a joint is distribution with a combined maximum sentence of about 90 years if the judge throws the book at you so when they tell you they'll "cut you a deal" for a couple years if you don't press the illegal confinement issue but you have to accept this "Bad Conduct Discharge" which don't worry is easy to write to your senator to get upgraded to something better than a BCD (it isn't) and won't impact your life like a dishonorable will l (it will - its pretty much the same most places, like in Oregon you can't own a gun with a BCD regardless of why you got it, just based on your discharge grade)

you're gonna say yes without knowing you hobbled your future and could have at least gotten VA benefits given the illegal confinement issue

Oh and someone from your company threw away all your medical records because they ended up lost when you went into confinement - literally the only medical document they have at FT Sill records is from before I went in to the service and written in my own hand but once upon a time I was about to be medically chapter'd out with benefits for the arthritis in my knees

later in life I got non combat PTSD I can't get VA treatment for after a former special forces roommate under the care of the VA tried to kill me which is humorous in that tragic sort of way

i have my good days and bad - yesterday due to the weather being cool again I managed to do some yard work for the first time in years and am paying the price now recovering with difficulty moving

I have my Oregon medical card (fortunately they have a veterans discount which I can enjoy still) and as such tried to grow but after moving into my current residence and then having real experience growing in my grow space it became evident that was not going to work due to limitations of the established utilities (there basically isn't any AC, and water or power in the actual grow room so everything needs to be "brought" in

Things got too hot in there and after losing one tent i decided to just give up when I found out it required construction on the house which I do not own

Things have been sitting down there for almost 2 years and I'd really like to find some help breaking it all down and clearing it out

For payment I have to offers some budget grow lights in the 220w draw range with a value of $100 each light - they are generic boards with the cheaper Samsung diodes not 301h's - they have a warmer spectrum and should be great for autoflowers or flowering

amazon had a great deal on these a while ago and i grabbed a handful with plans on expanding at some point, now they collect dust

I have used one of these lights outside for like a month and it was fine

I would like to value labor at 30/hr and would give one grow light per 3 hours labor worked

That said I will not short change anyone for working fast - ie if you break it all down in 3-4 hours i'll give you 2 lights instead of just one

I might even have a new RO water system if you'd like that instead of a light

Of note for various reasons I cannot allow anyone inside my residence to use the restroom facilities if the need occurs so please plan around and be comfortable with this
