Best Grilled fish in Portland?
Post Flair (click to view more posts with a particular flair)
Post Body
Passing by Portland for my birthday and was wondering what a good fish serving place would be, in Portland or anywhere close that serves gooood grilled fish. Whenever I look up seafood all the results would be of lobster but never grilled fish.

The Midwest has fresh water pan fish. At least the parts that matter do (Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota.)
Walleye, Blue Gill, Perch.
Maine is loaded with seafood and it sounds like you’re just taking it for granted.

Yep. That’s it. In Austin we have Hmart and what’s available is vastly more various than any other stores. Seafood markets in Maine sell what’s available near by and not what Chinese fishing boats are yanking out of the ocean in the middle of the night.
