I for a long time have been considering going into the porn industry. Problem is I'm a transgender woman who doesnt know how to be safe when it comes to porn. I was hoping maybe someone could help me with basic stuff like advice?
Saying no often and repeatedly. Feel free to leave a shoot anytime, no money is worth the risk. Block people on your phone if they give you the creeps, just cut them out. Re: STIs, as long as someone gives you test results within 2 weeks, you’re reasonably safe there, frankly probably safer than most people are hooking up at parties / online in civi life. I do a biweekly panel of hiv, hep c, syph, ghonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes 1&2, vaginitis, and trichomonas. That’s through my health insurance but some people also use Talent Testing Service (TTS) which is expensive but the gold standard because it’s almost impossible to fake.
