I was an addict. I jerk off almost everyday after work. Last week, I decided to quit. Enough is enough I thought.
I was doing so well. I deleted my old account. I was feeling so great. While I was driving back from work today, an intrusive thought came into my head and the urge came back. I don't know what triggered it. Probably the women around me.
And now, I'm back to jerking and I've been edging for 45 mins now. :(
