I’m 93 days without porn, or masturbation, but I just woke up from a concerning dream where I was watching porn.

I woke up to my hand on my dick masturbating, when I realized what I was doing, I jolted my hand away, but I don’t know what happens now.

Does this count? It sure felt the fucking same as masturbating to porn on a computer screen

Am I liable to masturbate in my sleep again? If it could happen once who says it won’t happen again.

I’ve been seeing a sex therapist for 3 weeks for my PIED, and she said it’s imperative that I don’t watch any porn so those connections in my brain die off. Now I’m wondering if they’d just been renewed.

I dont know, I don’t really expect any of you to have answers to these questions, I just woke up to a shocking scene and needed to get my thoughts out somewhere.
