Hey y’all! I just made it to my longest streak ever: 10 weeks! So proud of myself💚💪 Before this streak my longest streak was only around 7 days I think. It feels really cool to have made it so far. And I want to keep this going forever.
I just deleted an app which I downloaded many years ago where I hid a secret stash of pictures and stuff. I encourage you all to delete all your stuff. After all you aren’t going to use it, so why should it take up space on your phone/ computer?
Something that has really helped me is an app called “Sober” or “I am sober”. It’s nothing fancy, mainly just a day tracker and some motivation.
Before I have used a website called “Fortify”, I think it’s super great, but I’m not really in the position economically to keep paying for it.
Do you have any tips for apps or websites that have helped you?:)
