Hello everyone, it's been like almost ten years now that I try to stop my porn addiction.

Honestly it got better a few time but I never really passed over the 90 days, I did it sometimes but managed to go back to porn again and if it happened to you, you know that you go back into it way more deep everytime because your brain is craving that shit.

I used to often read post on porn free and other like this one, and I have noticed that the people that actually stop porn, are often not the people who get into monk mode with hard determination, they do exist but they are honesty very rare. No, I have noticed something Crucial that I think is very important : People who managed to stop porn for good, are the one who are able to have sexual relationship with their partner.

And honestly it make sense, masturbating without porn is often cited as a solution, but honestly I think it's just a matter of time before you go back to porn, why ? Because for many of us masturbating us highly linked to porn and it feels weird to do it without it.

Real sex is the best solution, just think about it, you will stop your porn behavior, but your brain and body will still seek sex, what happen if you keep not giving that to your brain ? Well you end up watching porn again, because this is the most close thing you can get to cop for not having sex, the thing is that porn is a brain destroyer, while having sex is a brain healer...

Anyway I'm not saying you can't stop porn without having sex, maybe you can, many did but I'm pretty much sur that most of people into porn addiction fail because they can't have any real sex option, it's just pure logic, if you have real sex instead of porn every time you are horny, well your brain will heal from porn...

I also want to talk about prostitute, I'm not advocating that because unfortunately, it can also become an addiction for many guys who will not be able to control themselves, so it can be a solution I'm not going to lie, but it can be a dangerous one because of the STD and the addiction to prostitute, do it only if you know that you can handle that, and I know that many will not and end up wasting all their money.
