Been struggling with this for 2 years.. progressively got worse but been clean of PMO since January 1. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, not giving in to the pleasure and dopamine release. I feel like I’ve got PIED.. got progressively worse as I smoked weed and watched porn/ hypno on LSD.
This stuff can mess up your brain. It’s not good for you. As good as that relapse feels, it’s not as good as knowing you can beat it. I hate it when I even catch myself thinking about stroking. We have to get better..
