How is "hiring fewer white and male people" not discriminatory?
Post Body
I mean, you can virtue-signal with "diversity is necessary and good" stuff all you want, but effectively what you're saying is "don't hire white/male applicants".
Is that not discrimination? Does anybody care about the plight of the white male working poor? Why not?
