Hard Vein Side Effects?

Recently I did a large amount of poppers for the first time. I've done sessions with like 5 hots before but this time I followed a video and did it probably 20 times. I stated getting a yellow spot in my vision so I stopped. Today I woke up and there's a vein on my dick that feels blocked/hard. I know that poppers cause a drop in blood pressure and was wondering if anyone has had similar side effects.
