Can't download waydroid

Hi
If can anyone can help with the below please
So I install waydroid on my new installtion of Pop OS but when I come to download waydroid I get the following error.
Waiting for waydroid container service...
Failed to load binder driver
modprobe: FATAL: Module binder_linux not found in directory /lib/modules/6.9.3-76060903-generic
Binder node "binder" for waydroid not found
Does anyone know how to fix this?
