Plex not seeing mounted drive

I am trying to set up Plex on POP OS, So I made a folder in home for media and changed the mounting point but when I try and add the library to Plex it see's the Media folder I created but nothing shows up in there, I have checked the folder in the file explorer and it shows all the contents of the HD.
Just can't seem to figure this out.
