White layer on some part of stool- can this be because of silicea gel or PPI i just started? Constipated only today.

The rest of it (down in the toilet) wasnt white. This was first constipated day in months. Ive been having stomach issues for two months and Im under investigation at the doctors but they call it stress and Ive started selfmedicating with silicea gel and started with omeprazole. Im suspecting gasthritis or some kind of inflammation.
