Jandy 2.7 VSP will not turn on

I had a Jandy epump installed a month ago controlled by a Jandy Aqualink 3.0 controller. Everything was working fine until yesterday. Now the pump will not turn on or do anything.
The relay clicks on, the pump has power going to it, it’s just will not turn on. I have tried changing the r485 wire and tightening connections and still nothing.
Has anyone had anything like this happened to them or know why?
