New pool owner. Please help!

Hello all,
I’m trying to open up my pool for this weekend and I need to make sure it’s good to go for the kids. Can I please get some guidance on this? This is all alien to me and it’s stressing me out. See my results. I was told that I needed to add some (half gallon) and then 2-3 pounds of dry acid. Do you guys think we’ll be about to swim this weekend?
