We just purchased a brand new unit, and I'm not sure if I didn't install it right, if there are adjustments that I need to make, or if I got a dud.

Instaledl the unit with a leaf catcher into the side port, turned on the pump, but it didn't move. Tried the different rates on the pump, and it didn't seem to have an impact, though I could feel suction coming from the bottom of the unit. However, the treads weren't moving, and none of the mechanism seem to be functioning, as if it was too stiff. Figured the issue might have something to do with pressure, so I did a quick backwash of the filter, and the unit moved a few feet then stopped. Assumed that the backwash wasn't sufficient, so I did a complete clean of the filter cartridges. This still didn't seem to make a difference, even at the highest flow rate. Put in the regulator valve and tried all of the settings, with no real success. It does seem that when I flip it over it will spin the brushes and the Treads will move ever so slowly, so I don't know if there is something that I can adjust that will release tension that might be holding the mechanisms back.
