New pool owner

Hey all, I just bought a house with a pool. When we uncovered it was in rough shape. We have shocked it twice now, ran the vac, cleaned out all the debris and done algeicide twice. It was becoming more clear rapidly now for the last 24 hours nothing has changed. Pics attached of before/after and the test strip results. Any idea how to proceed? TIA
