Pentair Mastertemp 400 control panel issue.

I have replaced the Fenway ignition system and the igniter. All fuses are working and breakers aren't tripped. I have 24VAC coming in to both the Fenwal and the control panel. I have 240 to the unit. I thought the control panel was bad, but l've replaced it and the touchpad with membrane and I'm still getting no response from the panel at all. The pump controller is calling for heat but I have no lights at all on the Mastertemp control panel. Help!
