Unclear reddish foggy water

My ponds canot get his water clear again, its just ofggy and yellow/reddish, uvc filter woeking, filter working. This happened after a clean up where i removed the stones on the floor of the pond, could this be an issue? Im waiting for my tester to arrive to test the water, any other things i should be carefull for?
