I'm very new to this community and have been trying to practice proper long/short kegeling for strength. I bought some ben wa balls to practice isolating my PC muscles. It's moderately hard to keep them near the opening and I have to actively kegel to adjust their position and keep them in. Once they're touching my lips, it's very hard to suck them back in and move them up. I can barely kegel to keep them in when walking.
However, if I push them in deeper about an inch past the opening, it becomes really easy to keep them in. I can barely feel them but they stay snug even when I walk/move and I have to pull them out with my fingers to a much shallower position in order for them to come out.
Is this supposed to happen? How can I practice sucking them in, holding them with the shallower part of my vagina and feeling them/moving them around with the deeper part? I would greatly appreciate some pointers.
