First time clay help

I've been getting into creating things with clay, I bought a uv lamp (https://www.hobbylobby.com/Beads-Jewelry/UV-Resin/Tools/UV-Resin-Lamp/p/81088605) and uv resin. But it's still sticky after drying for about 8 minutes. Any tips? Is this uv light not good enough? Any help would be appreciated
