My nesting partner is a lot more sociable than me, and meets a lot more people. I have social anxiety and have an assistance dog, so it makes it difficult. He's also so much better and funnier at messaging people. One of my other partners he messages a lot and they get along great, which is nice, but I notice my other partner messages my NP so much more than she does me.

I feel rather inadequate socially compared to him, and it's really knocking my confidence.

I want to get better at being social. I've never really had close friends, I'm autistic and struggling forming relationships. Any advice on how I can get more comfortable and be more social? In person one on one I like it but online over messaging I really struggle.
