I understand, this journey is hard – dark and lonely, with light somewhere in the distance. I have so much to say but so little space to do it, where shall we start? But before we jump in, let me tell you a bit about the girl behind the screen. For now you can call me A - I live in the Boston area, and have for most of my life. I went to college in another state, and studied anthropology and sociology, then I returned to Boston for a Master’s degree in urban planning that I never finished. I’m a free spirit, as they say, I flow in the ways I want and reject the ways that don’t fit into my mold. I’m a writer with a penchant for erotic poetry and prose, I love tea over coffee, enjoy cats more than dogs (though they’re both pretty cool), I have varied hobbies like knitting and scrap booking (stickers galore), but my professional life is pretty boring.

I work in administration at an insurance company, and it’s the most boring place I have been yet. I love horror, fantasy and science fiction, especially H.P. Lovecraft, Philip K. Dick and Adam Neville. My favorite book is the Life and Death of Great American Cities by Jane Jacobs, with a close second of Breakfast of Champions. I like to watch true crime, and sci-fi, with the occasional horror movie thrown in. My favorites include Lost (TV show), the Blair Witch Project, Witch (the movie), Altered Carbon (first season), and Outlander.

I’m a leftist, which is important, I’m not interested in corresponding with people who have radically different political beliefs, take that as you may, it just is what it is. I am actively involved in the community with organization efforts and mutual aid, and my feelings about the sociopolitical realm basically break down to the idea that I care about other people. Now onto the funner stuff: I have been exploring kink and D/s for what is now almost over 10 years. I have been both dominant and submissive, in various types of relationships and scenes both online and in real life. I am very knowledgeable about kink and safety, I do not aim to put anyone in danger. I am polyam and currently single but open and looking (obviously hence this post).
