Hi there! I see a lot of people start these with what shows they're into, and as much as I adore ATLA, lots of other people grew up on it who I wouldn't necessarily mesh with. So instead I'll start with some things I value in a partner: curiosity, compassion, adventurousness, creativity, kindness, intelligence, a sense of humor, playfulness, and honesty. (Liking Avatar is a nice bonus though.)

I'm just now leaving undergrad and excited to see where life takes me next. I'm itching to leave my Midwestern town as soon as sanctions are lifted. To prepare for that, I'm looking at grad schools in epidemiology, which I was expecting to be a growing field anyway, but... perhaps not so soon haha. Looking to get outdoorsier. Weird for a field researcher to say, I guess, but I've never been backpacking and I'd love to go.

I'm an avid reader, a bit of a romantic and a lover of dad jokes. My other interests include ballroom dancing, hiking, rock climbing, theatre, DND, and watercoloring. The kind of relationship where your kids wake up to you dancing with your honey/s in the kitchen is my ideal.

I'm looking for someone/s to build a life with. My future home ideas range from "sailboat" to "old 10-bedroom on the edge of town shared with friends, kids, pets, and garden." Tell me yours?

Slight preference for other researchers and other Jews - I love the inquisitive spirit - but it's not an absolute requirement as long as you're not rude about it. I’m NB so ring okay with that is also a must. Something else I've learned from past relationships is that I really need someone who has their own ambitions and goals. I don't mesh well with people who just want to drift - I need someone who can keep up!

Some of my dealbreakers:

• I'm really looking forward to having kids (probably a mix of bio and adopted) and would be delighted to have additional foster kids. So, kids are nonnegotiable.
• Only comfortable dating people between 20 and 25 years old.
• I'm super allergic to nicotine and don't want to deal with it in any form.
