Hello everyone! I'm a 21-year old person looking for short-term, and ideally, long-term close connections with people near my life stage early to mid 20s strong online or offline. I'm a left leaning person that's also LGBT, BIPOC, etc and accepts all peeps as long as they're decent for being BFFs, QPRs, etc.
What things do I like? I enjoy cooking, baking, listening to music, watching movies, etc. Right now I'm hyperfocusing on the project 'better life' so I'm learning more about self-sufficient lifestyles including homesteading and different ways to ensure I'm living a balanced life since I want to maintain peace. I wanted to keep this part generic-ish as I have a bit of pending and paused projects that are a bit more interesting and don't necessarily feel the hobbies will be the 'most' important section.
Why have I come here? I've decided to post here as my partner and I consider ourselves ethically non-monogamous and since emotional connections for at the forefront for me I've browsed here and met a nice polyamorous person I'm still talking to and felt like I might as well post this draft and stop overthinking - the delete button always exist. I'm not planning to have another partner or anything but realize crushes (emotions) are sometimes inevitable for me when someone jams and jells.
How should you introduce yourself? I guess by telling me anything about yourself, why you choose to reach out or anything about who you are personally. I know that habits, hobbies, etc are connecting points for most but as long as you can conversate, we click, etc we can just talk and occasionally do activities together.
