I live in Lake Balboa (Encino/Van Nuys/Reseda area) and love going to restaurants, museums, vintage shops, and flea markets. I'm 46, 5'10", 180 lbs - a total dad-bod. Glasses, bearded, balding. Full time employed, professional, sane, own a home and walk around the lake on nice days when it's not too hot. I can fold a fitted sheet, keep a plant or two alive more than a month, and cook a delicious meal without burning the place down. I'm solo-poly/ENM, looking for someone fun and chill to do some exploring around LA without the expectations of a traditional relationship/riding the escalator.
My work had kept me busy in my younger years, now I have more freedom and realize I live in this awesome city and have barely seen any of it. Are you an expert tour guide who I can go with to all the great sights around this town?
