Hello fellow poly folk! I’m Fig!

I am going into my second year of teaching art and I am really hopeful and excited about all the new ideas I have for the year and projects to do. I have been working on getting back into making art like I use to in undergrad and pick up playing some more video games now that my evenings have become a lot more free. There is a 99.9% chance I am either playing Cookie Clicker, crocheting on the fly, or cuddling up with my cat in our napping spot (so if there’s a delay in response… I’m sorry!)

I do enjoy watching gaming lets plays in my spare time when I don't have a lot of personal time to play many games of my own. I am actually currently setting up my first classroom ever and am a little overwhelmed with all the ideas flooding my brain! I also would love any kind of company I can get while I am isolated to it the next few days before open house happens. I enjoy alternative music from the 2000's (never out-grew that emo phase, see. Will eventually want to trade playlists) and have been attempting to expand my tastes further into prog metal and the likes. I am child-free, religion free, liberal minded, and 420 friendly!

To be upfront for those who care, I am plus sized, and am pretty active so I don’t feel much of a rush to change it. I am more than happy to send verifying photos as soon as both parties are comfortable. (All you gotta do is ask!)

What I’m looking for:

I am not a prude by any means, but if your intent is to not attempt to get to know me as a person up front then we are just not going to be compatible. I take a bit to warm up to those kinds of conversation so those not looking for some kind of long-term connection may not want to respond to this particular post.

I’d love to be able to chat throughout the day. Anything from how work is nuts because the copier caught fire or they put pickles on your sandwich when you explicitly told them not to (I could never go without them, personally) I really could chat about anything at all! If you like sending memes and silly things as a live language PLEASE move to the front of the queue.
