I'm new to this, but my partner isn't and i never rly understood but i do want to make them happy as they are all along in college and want someone to cuddle and do romantic things with. I have alot to learn about poly she has alot more experience and understanding with poly then me, she got a girlfriend over the summer even as she seemed very happy but she got her heart broken by her when she ghosted us and then posted that they were with someone else (even thought if she had just told us we would have been able too) and after that i'm a lot more worried about her and poly and we have been monogamy since then but she as expressed that she wants to try again but whenever she tries to flirt or date they are either uninterested or taken or don't like poly and i want to be a supportive partner but i can do anything when I'm like 5 hrs away plus i don't want to make her uncomfortable dating again (plus no one even likes me lol) so me and her talked and we want to try polyamory again she just wants someone to fill that gap that she had lost, We are interested in finding long-term friends that are similarly open-minded but I imagine finding the right match for everyone involved would be difficult experience with poly relationships and that aspect of polyamory for them has been feeling lacking. she wants to learn about your life and goals, and cuddle as frequently as possible and I want to learn more about poly and keep her as save and happy as possible
