I’m 38F (cis-gender/straight), I’ve been married 10 years. My husband and I are opening up our marriage, and I’m testing the waters. This is my first open relationship, so I’m seeing if this is right for me.
A little bit about me: First thing, I love (American) football. My favorite team is the NY Jets (bonus points if you are an AFC East fan, even more for the Jets). Now that football season is over, I’m not sure what to do with my Sunday afternoons. I follow other sports casually, with not strong ties to any other team, but I love going to sporting events.
As for tv and movies, I mostly watch comedies, but I’ll watch some dramas, sci-fi, and fantasy too. My favorite movie is My Cousin Vinny and I’m currently rewatching Arrested Development. Most of my music is from 1997 - 2015, and consists of pop, dance, R&B, and alternative, and throw in some 70s rock and 80s/90s country. I won’t lie, I threw on my skinny jeans and danced to the Super Bowl halftime show (I love Usher).
I wish I had more time to read, but I listen to a lot of audiobooks. Currently I’m listening to “Liar’s Poker” by Michael Lewis. In the past year, I’ve also listened to the Big Short (also by Michael Lewis), Killers of the Flower Moon, the Johnstown Flood, Cassandra in Reverse, the Dictionary of Lost Word, and Lessons in Chemistry, just to name a few. I mostly listen to fiction and romance, but I’m trying to add more non-fiction to my list.
I’m 5’9” and average/larger build. I am training for an 8k in March (although I hate running). I’m working back up to a half-marathon next year. I don’t run those as much as survive them.
What I’m looking for: I would like a man around my age (30s/40s) to chat/flirt/banter with. Someone to talk about my day and listen to how your day went, and see where it goes. I’m not necessarily looking for something sexual, but not opposed to it, either. If you’ve made it this far, then I hope you send me a message.
