About the house:

First of all, it’s not my property, but I’m being tasked to find good tenants by my family, and I’ve met a lot of good people in this community, so hopefully my luck continues. Plus, it would be nice to bring in some more polyam folks to the local area. ☺️

I’m not gonna lie, it would be nice if we got along, but my family needs good tenants first and foremost, so this is definitely not linked to any kind of relationship with me, and you don’t have to worry about a conflict of interest, as I won’t be the landlord.

The house will be available in 4-5 months (spring time). The rent is on the low end of fair market value. Would rather good tenants that pay regularly than be greedy with rent.

I included the rent in the title because, yeah, the cost of living here is pretty cheap if you’re considering a move.

Centrally located, 6-10 minutes to ALDI, Wegmans, Wal-Mart, and 30 minutes to Buffalo, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, etc.

The sqft is small for a 4 bedroom house for sure. The two upstairs bedrooms are connected to each other, so you have to travel through one bedroom to get to the other (only these two bedrooms are like that). Somehow it’s still considered a bedroom. 🤷‍♂️ (it could be a good room for a toddler who doesn’t need as much privacy)

But this house can also work as a 2 bedroom with the other bedrooms used as office space and a dining room.

Hey there, you can call me Dante (♉️♌️♎️)! I’m a 5’11,” 170 lb cis-man, and neurospicy (mild ADHD)! I blend in pretty well, but I’m generally pretty stoic in real life, as sometimes I can’t think of the right words I want to say and other times I fumble over them, lol. It gets better when I’m comfortable around you. But I obviously don’t have that problem through text. 🙃

Besides that, I would say I am not a very quirky person, although I get along great with quirky people and other neurospicy-types, goths, geeks, hippies, witches, punks—the open-minded social outcasts—you know who you are. 😉

Yes, like many in our community, I’m a go-with-the-flow-type, open-minded towards most things (test me), leftist, pansexual, but my attraction is more femme-leaning.

Due to my ADHD I have no big passions, I just dabble in a bit of everything and quickly get bored of it, haha. TV shows, music, movies, and sometimes books and games (or board games) are the only “hobbies” I don’t seem to get bored of. Throwing around a frisbee or taking a mild hike can be fun as well occasionally.

I enjoy listening to others, and while I’m very optimistic, positive, and content with life right now, supporting others in their mental health journeys has been a big theme in my life.

I would say my personality is pretty blasé, but at least I won’t annoy you, lol (unless you cringe at bad dad jokes I sometimes make).

I can sometimes talk about a cool idea I come up with in the field of science, technology, socioeconomics, or philosophy, but the inspiration has to strike for that to happen.

I lift dumbbells while watching TV to stay an average body weight despite my homebody lifestyle, but that’s just me. I love all body types, hair styles, body piercings, tattoos, etc.

My worst qualities (imo):

Procrastinating, forgetting, doing things slowly, over-thinking, lacking “common sense”

My best qualities (imo):

Patience, understanding, communication, curiosity

Relationship info:

I’m currently unpartnered and am in no rush to find any, although I am open to it. I have a few online polyam friends that could eventually turn into more, and that’s how I like to get to know people first.

I’m in a polyam Discord server that I’d love for you to join and participate in, occasionally at least (I’m not super active myself).

Conclusion:
