I recently rewatched a series called "People Watching", where one of the episodes talks about radical honesty as a potential solution to countless dates going nowhere. I like being honest as much as I dislike wasting my time, so let's try this one out :)

I'm a 29 year old woman, and I want to date someone who will be excited about making breakfast to bed for each other, for no special reason other than wanting to do so. I want to feel loved and appreciated, with small personal gifts and never ending stories exchanged before falling asleep. I want to go on picnics together, sharing homemade food we both made. I want to exchange memes!

I love learning things just for the sake of it. I know how to make Amish knot rugs, play exactly one song on kalimba, and what impacts does' fertility cycle (genuinely one of the most fascinating articles I've ever read, and yes, I realize how pretentious it sounds). I'm opinionated, can be anal about organizing things, and I have a really bad sleep anxiety. I don't smoke, don't do drugs, and drink very sporadically. I'm childfree, and would strongly prefer to date someone with the same perspective. I'm kink-friendly, but not looking for a wall of questions purely about that. I have previous experiences with poly relationships.

During some nights I worry no place will ever feel like home to me. Despite that, I love having plants in my space, and would really like to adopt a cat. I miss biking through the forest, and sitting by a bonfire. I have a weak spot for low voices and disco music, but not necessarily together. I love my grandparents, and feel guilty for not visiting them enough. I'm a good cook, but not nearly as good enough as I would like to be. I like being affectionate, and being a jetpack to my partner (big spoon, but when you're the shorter one). I have small hands, and a loud laugh. Sunrises make me cry.
