This is going to be long and rambly. But I think that might be helpful too?

I'm a solo-polyam, introverted, work from home Canadian looking to permanently (live in) join a family (any number of people from 1 and up!) or polycule. I'm willing to relocate if it is affordable and you have excellent internet. I am pretty sure I can work from most countries.

Cost of living, lonlieness, and the general ennui of day to day has my wanderlust activated and I really want to live in and around people I can share my life with, emotionally, physically, sexually.

I'm a late 30s Canadian, femme-presenting nonbinary person with a vagina and breasts.

I have a small, angry dog I share with my ex-husband. He and I remain very close platonic friends. .

I'm looking for... I don't know. I guess I'd know it to see it. I have a general idea but I'm also very flexible. Like. I'd live in with 2 bisexual men and eventually have a wife. But I'd also go live in a lesbian commune. I'd also consider living with a man and woman couple as long as they are experienced in polyam dynamics and I'm not a marriage saving death throw, you know? I'm also not looking for a 24/7 dynamic (collared, owned, etc). So I'm very open to ideas. I can be described as omnisexual.

Things I absolutely need:

• My own room and a little space for my desk, hobbies, and clothing
• my own voice in the relationships
• the people I join, to be somewhat experienced or actively studying and learning about polyam dynamics and communication
• did I mention I need really good internet for work? Lol

Things that are HUGE preferences:

• a great kitchen so I can cook and bake for the family, I'm professionally trained and it is a passion of mine.
• to live near a body of water (river or even a creek is fine) and nature.

Good traits and characteristics:

I am exceptional with communication, patience, and support. Very empathetic, understanding, kind, and loving. I am very funny, I throw excellent dinner parties, and I have a huge collection of vintage clothing I'd love to share with someone(s).

I'm really good in polyam dynamics - I've been off and on non monog for two decades so I am well practiced in all kinds of dynamics and I can spot patterns a mile away. I promise I'll never ever ever lasso a partner away from a dynamic.

I'm great with kids, animals, and plants. I am very nurturing and caring for all creatures. I will not have children of my own but I am happy to be That Aunt/Uncle to yours!

I have had a tonne of therapy and I've done even more reading and self work. I try and work on myself every day.

Downsides: I can be stubborn, forgetful, scatterbrained, blunt. I have a chronic pain condition that sometimes makes me bedridden for a couple of days a month and I have intractable depression, I'm diagnosed autistic, and I have ADHD (I'm on meds for the ADHD and depression). I'm not always a huge cuddler but. That's very dependent on person to person. I'm not in the best shape of my life right now but I'm actively working on that.I do spend quite a bit of time online right now but that's cause I'm sad, lonely, and depressed so I escape to my snark subs for easy dopamine. I'm working on all of these though! Promise.

Hobbies:

Reading, painting, writing, rockhounding (getting into lapidary), tarot, dream interpretation, gardening, cooking, baking, preserving, clothing restoration, camping, window shopping, refurbishing stuff, photography, candle making, printmaking, digital designs...
