Hi there!

I’m a 39 year old trans man living just outside of DC with my dog and cat. I’m currently dating casually, but don’t have a partner as of yet. After some time away from serious relationships, and a lot of therapy, I’m ready to get back to building deeper relationships with folks.

I’m new to poly, but please don’t let that scare you away. I’m an excellent communicator, and value honesty, directness, and open communication in all of my relationships, not just romantic or sexual. Relationships that are based off of consent, empathy, and kindness are my jam.

A bit about me: I’ve lived in the DMV for the last almost 8 years, but I’m originally from Western NY. I’ve lived in several other places in the US and wouldn’t mind exploring even more. I’m a data analyst by day and in my free time I spend time trying to build queer community and advocate for the needs of the queer community at the local level. I’m a leftist and it’s important to me that those I am partnered with have similar belief systems. Some other things that I think are important: sex positive, not into terfs, pro sex work, anti-capitalist, acab (you get the idea). I’m into both kink and vanilla fun. I’m 420 friendly.

Things I’m into: reading, buying more books than I can possibly read, listening to music, browsing through record shops, cooking, video games, baseball, soccer, and ttrpgs like dungeons and dragons. I also like to go to the gym, but it’s not my personality. I don’t think that size is an indication of health and I find all bodies attractive. That being said, SZA would agree that I’m a big boy so if you happen to think that fat bodies are unattractive, you’re not for me.

I’m neurodivergent so if I take a bit to respond, I just got distracted by something shiny, or a cute puppy.
