Post Body

How many times would you listen to a partner tell you that they want more time with you but not seeming to put in any effort to that before you’d sit down and be like “hey we’ve been in agreement we need more time but it doesn’t seem like you actually want that time and what’s up?” I’m really good about open communication and check in and have a partner where we say the same very similar thing of needing more time together but then it seems like nothing ever happens about it. It’s gotten to a point where I feel the strain on the relationship over this sort of perpetual cycle we have. ETA: context- we both have ADHD as well and sometimes time blindness is a real issue, but it’s so consistent.
