So an update: we broke up yesterday and he told me that he had fallen out of love with me 2 years ago and was trying to rebuild the love he had for me and he figured he could never catch back up to My level of love so he didn’t want to hurt me anymore. He told me that my promise ring he gave me was just him trying to force himself to love me more. I’m so devastated right now but I saw it coming. I just wanted to thank you all for your support and advice.

Also to add on I literally just went to the psychiatrist on Wednesday and finally got diagnosed with bipolar disorder and bpd so everything is just a massive struggle… I haven’t even gotten my medication yet 🙃🙃
