As I was watching my partner fall asleep last night, it struck me that I have never felt such strong feelings of love for someone (& hopefully he’s not the last ☺️).
Today, I’m feeling like I want him to be happy no matter what, including when he is spending time with my meta (been grappling with some FOMO/jealousy issues lately). He’s such a fantastic human being and I want him to do whatever floats his boat (while I’m getting my needs met too, of course).
It’s a small aura of pleasure/wellbeing, not an overwhelming one. But trying hard to lean into this and savor it for when things get tough on the jealousy/FOMO front.
