Partner wants to date at her work place

My partner of over a year has decided to start seeking another partner. I was beyond excited for them to begin searching. Then they started vibing with a coworker who technically works under them. I communicated how this isn’t a very healthy thing to do for her, her children, and our future and relationship. Along how uncomfortable this makes me. She feels that me saying no to this type of relationship is me saying no to all relationships or partners she may find. Am I out of bounds here with my boundaries ? Or is my concern well founded and I should continue to communicate how work place relationships are bad news.
