My wife and my girlfriend have been going out together a lot without me. They come up with all sorts of reasons why they didn't think to invite me along or even tell me they are going out.

One example: my wife made hot chocolate for our girlfriend but didn't share any with me because I was "outside and they weren't trying to ask everyone if they wanted hot chocolate" (we have kids)

But that seems pretty lame since I've been specifically requesting that they take more time to think of me.

Today they told me that they were running out to get an oil change and they never came back. I finally see some discord notifications and when I ask why they didn't call they claim that they didn't want to wake me up, but it's 3 hours after the oil change. Why would I still be in bed at 1pm? They went and had lunch and donuts and out on walks, while I waited here for them to come home...

They don't have sex with me, when I ask my wife to go with me places she says no, but then immediately wants to take our girlfriend out because "now she just feels antsy!"

They are bringing me back a donut because I messaged them and asked where they were. If I hadn't said anything they wouldn't have bothered to bring me back a donut.

I just feel like I don't even have any girlfriends right now at all and they just accuse me of fomo... I'm honestly thinking about finding my own partner elsewhere... Someone who seems to remember I actually exist....

We all basically live together, for clarity. I was completely expecting them to come back home from the oil change... I kind of just can't deal with constantly waiting around hoping someone lets me know what's going on...
