Hey you guys,

as it looks like rn I am about to enter a situation where I’ll be in the hinge position. Of course it’s very important to me to meet both my anchor partners and my new crush‘s needs and overall handle this situation well. It’s a first for everyone included so if you guys have either advice for me or at best texts/podcasts etc that I could listen to/read I’d highly appreciate that. Of course the basics like honesty, clear communication, consent etc are a given. So I’m really looking for hinge-specific things.

Extra spiciness is added to our situation by: all of us sharing a hobby with each other while my anchor partner also got feelings for my crush, but as it looks rn they’re not reciprocate. So if any of you have extra advice or experience with that I’d also love to hear about it.
