So me and my boyfriend have been dating 3 months. We both knew from beginning that we wanted to be poly and are both new to Enm but are working it through. Backstory I'm leaving husband when I can to live with boyfriend. Husband knows but we have to wait till next march to make it happen. Till then me and husband have separate rooms now. Me and boyfriend have known each other for 12 years and are now dating 3 months ago. We have great communication normally except for the last 2 Sundays he has gone on a date with a person and I don't try to text while he is out with them and am very supportive of his making that connection. But then at like 11pm he just stops all communication even though it was him who started the conversation and then I don't hear from him for hours and hours. Last Monday was my birthday so I was very upset when it was 1 before I heard anything but her crap happens. Last night was their 2nd date and again he chats at 10 all sweet and I just asked he text when he gets home so I know he's safe. Nothing. Still at 11am. Not like him since I normally have a good morning text by 9 at the lastest every single day. And I'm worried that this will be a habit. I don't feel like a "hey home safe" text is to much to ask. I don't care if they spent the night together or anything just a simple text and whatever. Am I expecting to much?
